Company History
We are a Florida Corporation founded in August, 1990. Since then, our client roster has grown to over 37,000 businesses utilizing our product. Our clients include small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. We support clients in all 50 states, Canada, and many Caribbean nations.
Studio Facilities
Our in-house production studio utilizes windows-based digital workstations. We are capable of producing programs on all media: analog tape, compact disc, and digital files. All program masters are stored securely and are always available if client replacements are required. Our studio engineers are technically proficient in all aspects of sound engineering & broadcasting.
Copywriting
Our copywriting staff consists of in-house script writers as well as several freelance writers available, as required. All are trained and experienced in writing for on-hold productions where a succinct message must be presented in a brief few seconds. We are constantly doing research in the industry segments we serve to ensure that our clients' product and service information is current and consistent with their changing promotions and media advertising.
Voice Professionals
Our staff of announcers includes talented male & female professionals. If there are specific voice requirements, i.e: accents, foreign languages, etc., we have access to a large roster of freelance announcers. A nominal additional charge may be assessed for foreign language programs.

Music Licensing
The music backgrounds in our library are provided to our clients with no music licensing fees required. We have already paid the fees or, in some cases, created the original music ourselves. A licensing fee will apply if a client requests a specific music selection which we do not own.

Quality Control Procedures
There are documented quality control procedures in place at each step of production to ensure that the final product is exactly to our clients' specification. Scripts are read back or faxed to the client for approval. Voice and music options are played for client selection. Studio controls are in place to ensure recording is within technical parameters. Our shipping department follows a multi-step checklist ensuring that all equipment, paperwork and program media are included. Shipping is via insured UPS or FED-X which provides us package trace capability.
Installation Support
An integral step of the initial presentation of our product to our prospects is determining the capability of their phone system to support an on-hold message program. When the product is shipped, clear installation instructions and required cable connections are included specific to the client's phone system. Our technical support staff is an 800# call away to address any installation or operation concerns. They have access to support personnel for most telephone system manufacturers, if required.
Warranty
All components of the program; media, playback equipment, cables, etc: are warranted for a full year. They will be replaced at no cost if they fail for any reason within a year. Some hardware options such as the digital playback equipment are covered by 3 year manufacturer's warranty.
